With his longtime friend Pharrell firmly entrenched in the spotlight, Hugo has become the “one-armed man” of the two, and — to be honest — he probably likes it that way. However, he hasn’t shunned music altogether, and he makes a rare appearance on “Toss & Turn,” the single from Los Angeles native Jallal.
Producing the track with Jan Fairchild, Jallal also enlists in the services of Ne-Yo on the mid-tempo track. Gonna be honest; this song makes me miss when Chad and Pharrell made some of the most beautiful music together.
