While the world waits for Nas‘ next album (which may or may not be done), one enterprising individual went ahead and blessed us with some “new” material to digest—combining the talents of the legendary emcee and the beat- konductin’ Madlib on Nasimoto.

Last year, Nas’ Mass Appeal imprint teamed up with PayJay to release J Dilla’s long-shelved album, The Diary. On it, he laid down a verse on “The Sickness,” which was over beat by Madlib, taken from his and Dilla’s JayLib project.

With songs like “Angels With Dirty Faces” and “Systematic” making their rounds, Nasimoto takes it back by mashing up vintage Nas verses over beats found on Madlib Quasimoto’s The Unseen album.

Locked in at 21 tracks in length, Nasimoto flips “Life’s A Bitch” over “Real Eyes,” “Blaze a 50” over “24/7,” “One Love” over “Microphone Mathematics,” “Street Dreams” over “The Unseen” and many more.
