New York-reared MC Whiteowl is still gunning for his place in daily builds about up-and-coming rappers, and after being blessed with “One Chance” to kill a Statik Selektah beat—and successfully following through—the buzzing artist returns with a video for “Pickle Juice.”
Shot through the lens of Olise Forel (of Moving Silence, whom also directed the previous video “One Chance”), “Pickle Juice” combines footage of MC Whiteowl moving through the streets of NYC with his crew and performance footage. The soulful, Jakk Wonders-produced track also serves as the second single from his upcoming LP Born Yesterday, which boasts production from DJ Fred Ones, FatCat Hayze and Statik Selektah.
