Supreme To Release Michael Jackson Capsule Collection

In their own way, clothing company Supreme has tried to introduce its ever-changing youth-based demographic to musicians and artists that came before their time (or, in critics’ eyes, co-opt/appropriate their likeness to make a quick buck). Throughout the years they’ve done collections with the likes of Morrissey, Neil Young, and Slayer, and the brand has paid homage to Capone-N-Noreaga and — most recently — Rap-A-Lot Records and the Geto Boys.

This Thursday (May 25th) Supreme will unveil their next capsule: their heavily rumored Michael Jackson collection.

A fairly simple line, the capsule will consist of Supreme staples: a t-shirt, a skateboard, a button-up, and a hoodie. Needless to say, expect the line to sell out fast, with resellers charging thrice as much after that.

The full Supreme collection will be available online and in-store at Supreme’s flagship stores in New York, Los Angeles, London and Paris. Meanwhile, Japan will get its release on May 27th.
