With tracks from Nas and DJ Shadow (“Systematic“) and Danny Brown (“Kool Aid“), it appears that the forthcoming soundtrack to HBO’s Silicon Valley is rooted in a mixture of hip hop from quasi-independent artists and legends. That theorem rings true on the soundtrack’s third offering, as Too $hort joins Meter Mobb on “You Came To Party.”
