During his Governors Ball performance, Donald Glover stunned many when he hinted that his fourth studio album, followingi 2016’s “…Awaken, My Love!”, will be his last. Huffington Post caught up with Glover, where he would confirm that announcement.

“There’s nothing worst than like a third sequel, like a third movie and we’re like, ‘again?’” Glover said. “You know, I like it when something’s good and when it comes back there’s a reason to come back, there’s a reason to do that.”

It should also be mentioned that his Governors Ball set, according to photographer Greg Noire, would be his last performance of 2017.

In the meantime, fans can catch Donald seemingly all over their television and film screens. He is currently working on season two of his award-winning FXX hit Atlanta (scheduled to arrive in 2018), signed on to portray Lando Calrissian in Han Solo: A Star Wars Story, will voice Simba in Disney’s remake of The Lion King, will create a Deadpool animated series for FXX, and appear in Spider-Man: Homecoming which comes out July 7th.
