Fresh off leaving beats for dead on his Reject On Steroids mixtape, Conway is back to bruising the microphone with an appearance on Funk Flex‘s ongoing freestyle series. Something he spoke into existence with a line off “Dead Bodies Left”—a highlight from the Steroids tape.
“Second most question I get asked is why Hot97 ain’t have me body Flex/ Probably cause I’m a threat/ Might knock down the building like one of Osama’s jets/ Run through every rapper left until ain’t nobody left”
With fellow Griselda shooter Benny riding shotgun, the two run through Wu-Tang’s “Triumph,” before reloading and catching a few bodies over Hov’s “Dynasty” intro. Westside Gunn was also in the building, but no rhymes.
As a bonus, Conway joins Planet Asia on “Hollow Tips.”
