Rockie Fresh release three songs a couple weeks ago, his first three songs of the year. The Chicago rapper follows the triple-punch up with a freestyle called “Praise,” where he spits over an energetic, soulful instrumental from Gift.
Fresh flexes his reach with familiar names he has on speed dial whom he might call for his next project: “I need [88] Keys on it, I need the church on it, I put the work on it. I might just throw Joey Purp on it, might just call my n*gga Vic [Mensa] on it. I might just go and put Chance [the Rapper] on it, call the Praise team up, let ’em dance on it.”
