It’s Independence Day; technically we all should be attempting to live out our BET UnCut fantasies. Alas, for those who don’t have both the budget and temerity of YG, we can enjoy this holiday from the comfort of our own homes.
As such, anything I write the pieces I put up at the DopeHouse today likely won’t have anything to do with the actual piece. Case in point, this video for Mally Mall, O.T. Genasis and Maejor‘s “All On Me,” from Mally’s Mally’s World Vol. 1 project. I’m writing about the video, I’m actually really thinking about the incoming second season of HBO’s Insecure. Namely, Tasha The Bank Teller was purposely not in the trailer; one could only wonder what role she’ll play in the season.
