Before 4:44 was even released, it was revealed that JAY-Z had traveled to Jamaica to record music with Damian Marley, and shot a video with both him and fellow reggae legend Junior Reid.
Now that the album is out, a video for their collaboration “BAM” has also been released. The third visual for 4:44, following “The Story Of O.J and the title track, Jay is given a tour of Kingston by Jr. Gong before the two head into the studio to create the song.
The video also features Hov reciting a few lines a cappella and sitting down with Sister Nancy, who’s timeless record was sampled on the record.
The video also comes following the reveal of his newborn twins, Rumi and Sir, by Beyoncé.
UPDATE (7/20): A week later, the video has been set free from its Tidal restraints and made available to all.
