So… just going to address the proverbial elephants in the proverbial room first: no, I don’t know why Rick Ross and Snoop Dogg are on a song that is supposed to be an anthem for New York.
Now that that’s out of the way, Calvin and William joined A$AP Ferg on the massive posse cut remix to his single “East Coast” which originally featured Remy Ma. With Ferg’s Still Striving arriving August 18th, he also rounds up actual East Coasters for the song: Busta Rhymes (Brooklyn), A$AP Rocky and Dave East (Harlem), and French Montana (Bronx). Makes more sense that way, right?
