Twenty years after his tragic passing Faith Evans released her duet album with The Notorious B.I.G., The King And I. Led by the DJ Premier-produced and Jadakiss-featured “NYC,” that track now gets a matching set of visuals.
The throwback-inflected track permeates throughout the video, as vibrant visuals of what’s left of Brooklyn (because, gentrification) are spotlighted as Faith and Jada perform their lyrics. Directed by Loyal, the video can be seen below.
