Last week, North Carolina’s K-Hill and Brooklyn native Precyce Politix connected along the I95, forming the duo Stallone & Weathers (a name they chose instead of Rocky and Apollo, in order to avoid any potential legal conflicts) and successfully strengthening the close bond shared between the two states.

Along with the announcement of their upcoming collaborative album Precyce Politix and K-Hill are…Stallone & Weathers, due out in September, the duo released the project’s first single, “The First Line.”

With the LP’s release just around the corner, the two Kick-A-Verse Music Group emcees set out on a mission to protect the art and culture of Hip-Hop from “wack rappers” in a hilarious clip for the single. Shot by Dan Lewin and directed by Precyce Politix, the video shows the two lyricists set up shop in an undisclosed location as they hustle their CDs before being stopped by the cops for trafficking Hip-Hop to mumble rappers.
