King Los surfaced for the first time in 2017 (outside of the feature realm) with a 15-minute freestyle, which he followed in July with two concrete songs — “Dear 2017” and “The Glo.” Now, with the Baltimore rapper gearing up for a “mega release,” Los drops “Without Me.”
The song interpolates The Beatles’ “Come Together” at points, but it takes on an opposite thematic approach. As opposed to joining together to fight a larger force, Los navigates the world alone letting people know they won’t be able to get shit done without him in their presence.
