With the 38th installment of his Mean Mondays series impacting in a few days, the LA-based emcee revisits his Nas & Em mixtape with a video for “Letter To The King.” Set to the sounds of Jay-Z and Eminem’s “Renegades,” R-Mean breaks down how both Nasir Jones and Marshall Mathers have helped shape his music and life throughout the years.
Directed by Alex Kodo, the video was shot in both Queensbridge, NY and 8 Mile, Detroit, for obvious reasons. Check it out below.
