Of the many times 50 Cent made an appearance on Hot 97, this instant vintage freestyle session with G-Unit has remained one of his most memorable moments:

The last time Curtis appeared on the station’s morning radio show, however, things got a bit heated for a bit. Making his first appearance in a couple years, however, things were lot more relaxed.

On the press junket for his new show 50 Central, Curtis speaks on the success of POWER, his late-night BET show (and picks on his longtime rival Irv Gotti’s Tales as well), Prodigy’s untimely passing, Cardi B’s rise, Ja Rule, Trump (“Before he got elected, they was having issues with the African-American vote. They wanted to pay me $500,000 as part of the campaign to make an appearance. I was like, ‘Nah.'”), and more.

He also provides a unique insight on JAY-Z‘s 4:44, and how its maturity — which doesn’t exactly sit well with the “youth culture” — may lead to a “short shelf life.”

Fiddy also stopped by Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, where he spoke one wanting Eminem to show his face more often, offered Usher and Kevin Hart some “advice” on their respective legal situations, and more.
