Fresh off putting it down for “The City” of Compton with Kendrick Lamar, YG Hootie is back with his new album, Hubris.

“Hubris is an ancient Greek term related to having too much pride, or ego; being defiant to God; arrogance and conceit,” says YG Hootie. “Something we see in everyday life that as of lately is becoming more and more detrimental to society.”

A glimpse into Hootie’s mental, the 13-track project tackles everything from religion, love and life, to racism, the prison-industrial complex, and the thin life between friend and foe.
