Thanksgiving weekend was rather spicy, to say the least!
For those who are, somehow, still in the dark, a primer:
Cam’ron opened up his recent mixtape The Program with “It’s Killa,” which contained some unsavory bars about his once-close friend Ma$e: “Told him straight up I ain’t feeling him/Let me curve this n***a ‘fore I end up killing him.” Ma$e returned serve with his own diss track, “The Oracle.” Cam would then follow that up with his retort, “Dinner Time”.
With the dust settled Ma$e called into Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning radio show to delve into his side of things.
“You’ve only heard things from Cam’s side,” the former Bad Boy said, before reiterating that Cam’s line about causing him bodily harm finally caused him to retaliate. “We’ve been enemies way longer than we’ve been friends,” he explains. “Let me speak, because for 20 years y’all let Cam speak. You don’t know my side of the story.”
Throughout the 15-minute talk Ma$e essentially refutes everything Cam’ron has ever said about him throughout the years, saying he chose to purposely stay quiet until he felt that things got out of hand. He also says that despite their recent interaction on Instagram, he insists that the two have not resolved their long-stemming issues.
