It’s finally official.
Following his performance on Saturday Night Live, fans wondered when — not if — Eminem would release his much-anticipated ninth album, RƎVIVAL. Well, the project now has a release date: December 15th.
Dr. Dre formally announced it in a light-hearted promo video on Instagram earlier today (Nov. 28), continuing the kooky promotional campaign of the album being disguised as a prescription drug to cure the fictional condition Atrox Rithimus (we’re still trying to figure out what that exactly means):
Lead by the Beyoncé-guested “Walk On Water,” this marks his first project since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2.
Even better, the album arrives on the same day as N.E.R.D‘s equally-anticipated No_One Ever Really Dies and the film Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
