A half-decade after they met on ““Tick, Tock,” from RZA’s The Man With The Iron Fists soundtrack, Joell Ortiz and Raekwon reunite once again for a new offering, “Start To Fade.”
Sampling some vintage Smokey Robinson, Joell tells the story of a love that was lost to violence. Meanwhile, Rae plays the role of his vengeance-seeking friend who embarks on a journey to find the perpetrator. There’s no telling where this is from, or where it will land, but kudos to AFH for the drop.
