2018 has its first beef. And it only took three days!
So, a primer: for years Skillz has lyrically recapped the year with his popular “Rap Up” series, recently dropping a 2017 installment. Uncle Murda, a few years later, also began doing them, dropping his own 2017 version.
Well, Skillz reportedly received an DM on IG from Lenny Grant, in which he insulted both Skillz and the song:
In response Skillz retaliated with a diss song toward Uncle Murda on wax, “Murda Gram.” A four-minute assault over the Murder Inc. classic, Skillz hasn’t sounded this… well… mad in years. “You signed to G-Unit ten years too late” is among the many, many barbs he sends in his direction.
