No longer rolling with his Surock alias, emcee/producer Rock Abruham is moving forward with the release of his new album, Thank You Very Much, on January 26.
An ode to craft beer, the album will play out like an ongoing story of Rock and his comrades enjoying their favorite pastime, a “bottle share.” Themes of ambition, betrayal, greed, trauma run throughout, while the listener is presented with an endearing, light-hearted and comedic approach to the fusion of hip-hop and craft beer.
So far, we’ve heard “Craft Gods” and “Yes” from the album. And now, the DopeHouse has been given the green light to premiere a third offering: “Rugged Music” featuring Blu, KXNG Crooked, and Jason Rose.
