Detroit’s Black Milk announced that his seventh studio album, FEVER, will drop on February 23rd via Computer Ugly/Mass Appeal Records. His first project solo project since 2014’s If There’s A Hell Below (although he, along with his band Nat Turner, released The Rebellion Sessions in 2016), FEVER is being described as “a keen gauge of society’s temperature in today’s turbulent sociopolitical climate.”

Black has now dropped the first single, “Laugh Now Cry Later.” One of the more “darker” songs on the album, Black speaks on cultural appropriation, and police brutality, and the hypocrisy of men commenting on feminism. Listen to it below.
