Despite More Life dropping less than a year ago, anticipation for a new Drake project has been unusually high. Keeping true to his lyrics at the end of “Do Not Disturb,” Drake returns in 2018 with a single titled Scary Hours featuring two new tracks, “God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity.”
“God’s Plan” has been heard by many for the most part, with various snippets floating around the internet for the past couple weeks. “Diplomatic Immunity” on the other hand, is a fairly new, with only a few snippets around. The two tracks differ greatly in sound, “God’s Plan” falls on Drake’s “turn-up” side, letting the beat do much of the work while laying off a number of catchy lines soon to appear on Instagram captions everywhere. “Diplomatic Immunity” features a very confident Drake, bragging about his current lifestyle, and levies some subs at a certian former Everyday Struggle host.
