Like Syd and Steve Lacy before him, The Internet member Patrick Paige will also strike out on his own.
The bassist and producer announced his forthcoming debut solo album Letters Of Irrelevance, slated to arrive May 18th. He has also released its first single, “On My Mind/Charge It To The Game,” with both Syd and Kari Faux. “I try to stay as honest and vulnerable as possible through all of my music to help the listener really empathize with my story,” Paige says. “I feel it’s important to share my story in hopes I can someday help someone who may also be at their lowest but realize the storm doesn’t last forever, or to help those appreciate who they have around them as much as they can because tomorrow is not promised to any of us.”
