With Lost & Found due out in June, Jorja Smith is back with a new video from her forthcoming debut album.
After assisting Khalid on an international remix of “Location,” the Britsh singer keeps it coming with “Blue Lights,” which was shot in Jorja’s hometown of Walsall with an all-male cast.
“I wanted to capture men/boys of Walsall and Birmingham from all different walks of life doing everyday activities to show that the stereotypes we are bombarded with are misleading and, ultimately, harmful,” Jorja says. “I chose Walsall as the setting for the video as that is where I am from and where I drew my inspiration from when writing the song.”
Shot by photographer Olivia Rose, the black-and-white visual can be seen below.
