Pusha T Fires Back At Drake With “The Story Of Adidon”

blame it on Meka May 29, 2018

Nah, Pusha T went there.

A primer, in case you somehow have been under a rock: The most talked-about track on King Push’s third-album, DAYTONA, was its closer “Infrared” in which the G.O.O.D. Music rapper formally responded to Drake’s “Two Birds, One Stone.” Wasting zero time, Drizzy shot back with a “Duppy Freestyle” less than 24 hours later.

For those wondering if Push would respond back ASAP, boy did he ever. Hijacking JAY-Z‘s “The Story Of O.J.,” Push retaliates with “The Story Of Adidon.” And boy, it is just nasty.

Screw shots, Push launches missiles at virtually everything tied to Drake: his business dealings…

“Even though you’re multi, I see your soul don’t look alive
The M’s count different when Baby divides pie.”

… to his (alleged) secret child…

“We talkin’ character, let me keep with the facts
You are hiding a child, let that boy come home
Deadbeat mothaf**ka playin’ border patrol, ooh
Adonis is your son
And he deserves more than an Adidas press run, that’s real.

… to both his parents…

“You mention wedding ring like it’s a bad thing
Your father walked away at five, hell of a dad thing
Marriage is somethin’ that Sandy never had, Drake
How you a winner but she keep comin’ in last place?”

… all the way to Noah “40” Shebib (who, arguably, caught it the worst):

“OVO 40 hunched over like he’s 80
Tick, tick, tick
How much time he got?
That man is sick, sick, sick”

“The Story Of Adidon” comes shortly after it was announced that Pusha would be replacing BROCKHAMPTON at New York’s Governors Ball, which goes down this weekend (June 1-3). One can only imagine what he plans to do there.
