For the unfamiliar, Jay Park is a multi-hyphenate artist who, despite being born in Seattle, Washington, achieved huge success as a member of the South Korean boy band 2PM. He has since struck out on his own, becoming the first Asian-American to sign to Roc Nation.
Slowly but surely making noise back in the States, Park will release his debut EP with the Roc Ask ‘Bout Me sometime in July. He has now released a matching set of visuals for his single “SOJU,” which features 2 Chainz. “[I] hope everybody can appreciate the mixture of cultures and I hope y’all enjoy the SOJU ,” Jay Park told The FADER. “It was a learning experience for me, got introduced to the world of Korean culture and so much more,” 2 Chainz added.
