Back in 2016, Jay Worthy and Sean House (together as LNDN DRGS) teamed up to release an album called AKTIVE on Fool’s Gold Records. Two years later, the Compton-to-Vancouver duo are back with an updated version of the album, with nine new songs, out July 27.
“ASAP Yams pushed us to do this album and unfortunately he passed before it dropped,” Jay Worthy told Complex. “We revamped the album and added nine new songs and releasing it as dedication to him.”
Among the new songs, LNDN DRGS have linked up with Freddie Gibbs for a funkdafied track called “Tomorrow.”
