Travis Scott Reveals ‘Astroworld’ Cover Art

blame it on Wongo July 31, 2018

Travis Scott‘s Astroworld was, and still is, one of 2018’s most anticipated albums. After months and months of speculation, Travis finally delivered the album’s release date to fans. With it’s release date set to August 3rd, he returned today to debut the album’s artwork.

The album cover features the same massive golden head we’ve seen appear at Amoeba Records in Los Angeles as well as outside the Houston Astros stadium. In the cover the massive head serves as the entrance into Astrowold. In addition, the cover features two children outside the park strapped with popcorn.

“They tore down AstroWorld to build more apartment space,” Travis told British GQ. “That’s what it’s going to sound like, like taking an amusement park away from kids. We want it back. We want the building back. That’s why I’m doing it. It took the fun out of the city.

Check out the cover below.
