Before Cypress Hill releases their Elephants on Acid album with DJ Muggs back behind the boards, the Soul Assassin producer needed to get an album of his own off first.
Enter: Dia Del Asesinato.
Locked in at 12 tracks, Muggs kicked off the campaign with a pair of MF DOOM-assisted tracks (“Assassination Day” with Kool G Rap and “Death Wish” with Freddie Gibbs), before throwing a “Yacht Party” with Raekwon.
Now, with extra appearances from Meyhem Lauren, Mach-Hommy (“Contagion Theory”), Hus Kingpin, and Eto, Assassination Day has arrived.
