That’s literally all I could say after coming across the news that Black Thought, Phonte and Rhymefest are forming a supergroup. Not only that, they’re currently working on a project with the incomparable S1 at the helm as the executive producer.
“We’ve been knocking out songs for that project,” Symbolyc One told HHDX. “I’m excited about that. We’re just making great music. We’re not trying to cater to anybody specifically It’s just bringing dope beats, dope rhymes, dope concepts, and then we’re putting it together.”
Details are rather absent at the moment, but Phonte did take to Instagram to confirm the formation. Man, this is gonna be dope as hell! Hopefully, something drops this year.
