For the last 118 weeks (count em), I’ve been putting together a Weekly Dope playlist that compiles all the music that was released to help fans catch up. On average, each playlist consists of 30-40 songs. So, in an effort to put a little more of a personal touch on things, I’ll also be sharing a list of my personal favorites from the week.
On Volume 20 of my Songs of the Week playlist, I’ve got Wale and J. Cole kicking things off with their Free Lunch collab. From there, Swizz Beatz and Lil Wayne linked up for a banger, 6LACK wore his heart on his sleeve with East Atlanta Love Letter, and Chicago’s Noname continued to impress with her Room 25 album. I’ve got highlights from KAMI & Smoke Ono‘s Very Slight project, Innanet James‘ Keep It Clean and Kaiit‘s Live From Her Room EP. Plus new tunes from Lil Baby & Gunna, Kevin Gates, Bryson Tiller, King Mez, Lou Phelps, and more.
