Open Mike Eagle has a new album on the way.

With Brick Body Kids Still Daydream still in rotation from last year, the polymath creative will be following it up with What Happens When I Try to Relax later this year. And to help kick off the campaign, he’s released the project’s first single, “Relatable (peak OME).”

“It’s too complicated for a quick explanation. It’s about a lot of things,” OME relayed to Pitchfork. “It’s about expectations of form, anxiety, middle age and middle class. And that’s just the parts I know how to put into words a couple months after writing it.”

Check out the nedarb-laced cut below and be on the lookout for WHWITTR, dropping sometime soon.
