With Gangland Landlord arriving next week, Mozzy is back with another offering from his upcoming album.
After dropping tracks like “Not Impressive” and “Thugz Mansion” with YG and Ty Dolla $ign, the Sactown rep keeps it coming with “Walk Up.”
Released with a matching video, Mozzy and his creative team draw inspiration from the Hughes brothers’ classic 1993 film, Menace II Society. They even got Tyrin Turner to make a cameo in it, as well. “I couldn’t believe we got Caine from the actual movie,” Mozzy told hypebeast about his appearance in the SUJ-directed clip.
On top of the new video, Mozzy also made his way to Power106 to take part in the LA Leakers’ ongoing freestyle series—catching a quick body over Tyga’s “Taste” single.
