The last time we received a project from Usher was his 2016 Hard II Love album. While album had a few standouts like “No Limit” with Young Thug & “Rivals” with Future, the album didn’t do all that well. Two years, later the legendary singer announces a surprise return, announcing a new album today.

While we’ve seen Usher hard at work in the studio for quite some time now, the announcement is still a bit of a surprise. Taking to his social media accounts early this morning, Usher announced his new album, A (short for Atlanta) would drop later tonight at midnight.

Produced entirely by Zaytovenstands at 8 tracks long. Usher has yet to reveal any of the features on the album, but we know Future will at least make an appearance on the album thanks to snippets Usher released, which can all be found, along with the artwork, on his Instagram page.
