As the two-year mark of his debut album, blkswn, began to inch closer and closer, Smino laid off video of him rapping his ass off in the studio. Sporting a caption that read “11.8 • Tell a Fren,” we were less than two weeks away from his sophomore album, NØIR.
With the lead single “L.M.F.” already ringing off, Smi soon followed-up earlier this week with the bouncy “KLINK,” which personally made me want the album more than ever. With only a few days left till NØIR, he revealed the album’s tracklist.
Just like blkswn, NØIR is laced with 18 tracks including some with very interesting titles including “Tequila Mockingbird” & “Fenty Sex.” Smi has also recruited vocal assistance from Bari, Jay2, Valee & Ravyn Lenae and production help from Monte Booker, Sango, KRS & more.
