A year after his debut album, The Autobiography, Vic Mensa will release his new EP Hooligans on December 14th. With features from G-Eazy, Ty Dolla $ign, Charlie Wilson, Lil Herb, Mr. Hudson and more, Vic has shared a video for its latest offering “Dark Things.”

“‘Dark Things’ is something that I wanted to make to represent those dark edges and recesses of my mind,” Vic said while filling in for Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio earlier today (Nov. 21). “On the Hooligans EP I really just wanted to represent different energies to show different sides of me, so [‘Dark Things’] this is a dark side. There’s records that are more fun summertime energy. There’s fight songs. There’s a record man, called ‘Deserve It,’ that’s one of my favorite songs. It’s an anthem for self-worth that I wrote so I can’t wait for you all to hear that.”

Directed by Bobby Hannaford, a music video for the single “Dark Things” can be seen below.
