Exile & Johaz Drop New Dag Savage EP, ‘Furnace’

blame it on Shake December 3, 2018

It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Dag Savage, but the duo of Exile and Johaz are back and will be releasing a new full-length sometime in 2019.

To kick off their next campaign, Dag Savage come through with a quickstrike EP called Furnace that consists of two new songs–featuring Blu, Fashawn, CashUs King, and The Artful, Dodger–their instrumentals and a couple remixes.

“This EP is a kind of juxtaposition between what we want to hear and what we need to hear,” Exile explains. “The song ‘Furnace’ is just a fun weed song to help give us a smoke break from the state of the world, however the b-side is quite the opposite. ‘If You’re Down’ is very much a discussion about the ills of this world, but also a call for unity of all races and religious beliefs to stand up for humanity and social justice.”
