Nas Shares ‘Last of the Real’ Playlist

Since it’s formation in 2014, Nas and Mass Appeal Records have quietly built a roster that’s full of quality emcees.

From assisting Run the Jewels on their early campaigns and helping Dave East take it to the next level to releasing Pimp C‘s posthumous Long Live the Pimp album, the New York-based label has also recently picked up artists from all over the country—including Brooklyn’s Stro, Georgia’s Cantrell, and Cleveland’s Ezri.

And now, with their Staring 5 Tour kicking off next week, Nas has compiled a Spotify playlist called Last of the Real that features a variety of songs released through the label throughout its five-year run. On top of cuts from his NASIR album, there’s also tracks like Fashawn‘s “Out the Trunk” with Busta Rhymes, Dave East and Styles P‘s “It’s Lit,” and Black Milk‘s “Could It Be.”

Check out the Spotify playlist below. And since I’m on Apple Music, I compiled the same list on there, as well.
