Unlike the NFL, which continues to fumble the bag on a daily basis, the NBA smartly locked down J. Cole to be both an ambassador and performer for its 2019 All-Star Weekend in his home state of North Carolina. After whiffing on a dunk mid-Dunk Contest (see above), Jermaine took to the stage during the game’s halftime for a performance.
Rocking a medley of tracks, Cole would perform “Middle Child,” his verse on 21 Savage‘s “a lot,” “ATM,” “Love Yourz” and “No Role Modelz.”
