Last night J.I.D hinted at new music tweeting, “something special for u tomorrow.” Well, a new day has arrived and that a kept promise as well. Rather than a J.I.D-led song, we see him collabing once again with an artist from his past work.
Teaming up with Mereba, the two connect for “Sandstorm,” a track set to appear on Mereba’s upcoming album, The Jungle Is The Only Way Out. The track serves as the follow up to Mereba’s late-2018 outputs, “Late Bloomer” & “Bet.” This also stands as their first collab since 2017’s “All Bad” from J.I.D’s debut album, The Never Story.
