Directed by Shomi Patwary (who also laced “Roaches“), the video dramatizes the conflict in Maxo’s lyrics, chronicling the desperate criminal behavior of his friends and family as he reminisces about better times and speaks directly to a friend in lockup. The video is bleak, offering a nuanced picture of the chaotic darkness of prison life.
