183rd & Manolo Rose Drop ‘Spring Time Colors Pastells’ Project

blame it on Shake May 3, 2019

Already two projects deep in 2019, producer 183rd is wasting no time releasing a third–following up Uptown (with Vado and Smoke DZA) and Energy (with Nyemiah Supreme) with Spring Time Colors Pastells, a joint effort with fellow NY resident, Manolo Rose.

Led by “Baleedat,” the project boasts seven tracks (with their instrumentals) and artwork inspired by Ghostface Killah‘s classic solo debut, Ironman.

“[Ironman] just has so much nostalgia, class, and arrogance, which ultimately is Hip Hop,” 183rd tells hhdx. “Rae and Ghost inspired Manolo Rose and me. We paid homage to the cover. It was [Ghost’s] debut, and being that it’s our debut of more to come, it felt right.”
