With nearly 30 years in the game, the Wu-Tang Clan remain one of the most iconic groups in Hip-Hop history. And fresh off Sasha Jenkins’ Of Mics And Men documentary on Showtime, Hulu is next up to wave the Wu flag with its own series, Wu-Tang: An American Saga.

Unlike the documentary, An American Saga is an all-out drama–exectutive produced by RZA, Method Man and Brian Gazer–that will explore the origins of the collective over the course of 10 episodes.

Debuting September 4th, an official trailer has been released–which offers a brief glimpse at each member (including Dave East as Method Man and Joey Bada$$ as Inspectah Deck) as The Charmell’s “As Long As I’ve Got You” (which RZA flipped for “C.R.E.A.M.”) plays in the background. Unfortunately, U-God and Masta Killa are no where to be found.
