I feel bad for people who still haven’t heard of (or continue to sleep on) KXNG Crooked. Ever since his day with Death Row, the Long Beach rapper has stayed true to the art form and remained a top tier lyricist in the game. We’re talking a decade plus of nothing but quality bars after quality bars.
Currently eight months deep on The Weeklys, the 32nd installment is just another reminder of why Crook should be included on those “Top 50 Rappers” lists. Taking it back to the “Baggy Jeans Era,” he absolutely blacks out over a Dizz-Laced flip of Royce 5’9 and DJ Premier’s “Boom.”
