From 2011 to 2013, the UK-based series Top Boy was a critically-acclaimed crime drama series that was abruptly canceled after just two seasons. However, in 2017 Drake pledged to bring the show back, and now after six years its anticipated third season has arrived on Netflix today (Sept. 13).
As such, OVO Sound and Drake have released an accompanying soundtrack for the season. A UK-heavy project, the project boasts contributions from Dave, Headie One, Fredo, AJ Tracey, Baka Not Nice, Popcaan and Little Simz. Drake drops a new track in “Behind Barz” (which is actually this 2018 accent-loaded freestyle) as well.
