Hailing from Detroit, Jayla lays off her major-label debut with Onto Something. Getting the ball rolling under Sickamore’s Sick Project imprint under Interscope, she presents a 7-track offering to listeners.
A project that she wrote, produced, mixed and mastered herself, Jayla spoke on the EP saying, “Onto Something is my take on real-life experiences ranging from relationships to personal struggles. Ultimately, this collection of songs serves as a reminder to choose positivity even in negative situations.”
