Standing in my top five at least for the year, SiR‘s sophomore album Chasing Summer stands as one of the year’s most impressive R&B efforts, as it steamrolled any the idea of a sophomore slump from the Inglewood native.
With videos for “Hair Down,” That’s Why I Love You” and “New Sky” out now, SiR shows no plans of slowing down with visuals thanks to his latest drop.
Bringing labelmate Zacari along for the ride, the two drop off the video for “Mood.” With Zacari playing the good guy and SiR going down the bad guy route, the Mez-directed video sees the two battling it out military-style that end in a way you wouldn’t expect it to.
