To much anticipation, Young M.A released her debut album HERstory in the Making in September. She now drops off a video for “My Hitta.”
The video is a play on the film Queen & Slim, with M.A and the leading lady in the titular roles. For those who haven’t seen the movie, the video mirrors some of the notable — and tragic — moments of it, so potential spoilers are ahead. Directed by Marc Diamond, the visual can be seen below.
